It depends on which country your order is getting delivery to. Most orders are delivered within 5 days of shipment.
All orders are shipped with NZ Couriers - our preferred carrier.
NZ Couriers has an excellent track record of handling Dangerous Goods (which perfumes are classified as) and can deliver to all addresses within New Zealand.
We offer free shipping over a certain order value, depending on where you are shopping.
The free shipping amount will show at the top of your cart.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping to all countries, and a small shipping charge will be applicable.
You will receive an automatic email with your order tracking information as soon as it ships from our warehouse.
You do not need to contact us for a tracking number - it will be sent automatically.
Your fragrances will be very carefully packaged in a secure, protective mailer box.
These mailer boxes are designed to withstand the bumps your package may experience on its journey to you.
In the very rare event that your items arrive damaged or broken, please take a photo immediately. You can then contact our customer service team who will happily assist with a refund or replacement.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, our courier partners will either take your item to the nearest service depot, or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
